The fun part begins! We will email over links to houses that fit your criteria. You pick ones you like and we go see them. Sometimes you fall in love with the first one, sometimes it takes a few to really get to know what you like.
The Offer
We have found the perfect home. Now it's time to write up the offer. This part is where we shine! There are many aspects to writing offers that sellers will accept. We will walk you through all the options and give you direction on what to include and what not too.
